Product Return Process
You can return the product you have purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without opening, damaging, altering, or using the packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You can submit your product return request by logging into the system and following the “Cancellation / Return Requests” steps under the membership menu.
Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted by NR PET PRODUCTS e-COMMERCE Therefore, if you deem it necessary during product delivery, you may open and inspect the package in front of the cargo officer. If there is any issue (such as missing product or damaged product), please have the cargo officer prepare a report clearly stating the situation. Otherwise, the order will be considered delivered complete and without issues, and later complaints will not be considered.
If the customer returns the product(s) or cancels the purchase, and the returned product(s) comply with the return conditions, the refund amount will be returned to the customer within 2–7 days from the moment it reaches NR PET PRODUCTS e-COMMERCE. Refunds to credit cards are made by your bank within a few days. NR PET PRODUCTS e-COMMERCE has no influence on this period; it is entirely at the bank’s discretion.
In cases where NR PET PRODUCTS e-COMMERCE detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, usage, or similar conditions on the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as delivered to the customer, NR PET PRODUCTS e-COMMERCE will not accept the return and will not refund the price. All shipping costs during the delivery of the returned product to Juen Pet Markete and its return are borne by the customer.
Bank transfer refunds will be made to the account from which the transfer was made within 2–7 business days, and credit card refunds will be made to the bank account of the card within 2–7 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In that case, you need to call your bank’s credit card service. After the “Refunded” notification appears for your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you transferred from. For installment sales, refunds are reflected on your credit card as a positive balance each month by your bank.
